U Market Services offers full outgoing shipping services through FedEx at two locations on campus—the KE and BDD Docks. These services can be paid for using an University account number or chart string.
We can help with hazardous materials and international shipping, if requested in advance, and pre-labeled outgoing UPS packages can also be dropped off at these locations.

Shipping Service Location #1: KE Dock
FedEx and other shipping services are available at the KE Dock of the Academic Health Center (425 East River Parkway). Pre-labeled outgoing UPS packages can also be dropped off at this location.
The KE dock is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dock staff can be reached at 612-626-5171.
Shipping Service Location #2: BDD Dock
FedEx and other shipping services are also available at the BDD Dock of the Cancer Cardiovascular Research Building (644 21st Avenue SE). Pre-labeled outgoing UPS packages can also be dropped off at this location.
The BDD dock is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dock staff can be reached at 612-626-2748.
